Are all coaches DBS checked?
All our coaches are fully licensed and qualified through the LTA and have been DBS checked and are trained in First Aid.
Is there a Free Trial session?
For our trial session please book yourself in via the website after having agreed a class with our coaches. If after the first lesson your child doesn’t enjoy it we’ll offer a full refund.
What happens when it rains?
In the event of bad weather a decision will be made as to if the lesson is or not at the time the lesson is due to start, or earlier if possible.
What happens if the lesson is cancelled?
If the lesson is cancelled by the coach you will be offered a make up class in lieu of the missed lesson.
What if I can’t make a session?
If there are extenuating circumstances why you can’t attend a session please get in contact and we’ll do our best to offer a make up class depending on availability.
How many children are in each group?
For our younger players in red groups we’ll take 1:6 or 2:10. For our older players 1:8
What if I don’t own a racket?
We can lend you a racket for the first few weeks if you don’t own one, andcan advise on suitable one for you to buy. We recommend our local retailer tennisnuts.co.uk
